What should be the priority for Essex Police?

We're being asked to help shape a vision for Essex Police to work towards.
The county's Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner is running a survey to find out what we think should be the Force's top priority.
PFCC Roger Hirst said:
“We know that by working together we can make huge improvements in our communities so collating views and feedback from representatives of all groups and backgrounds who live, work and travel in Essex is vital.”
We have until 19th September to get involved.
