Police in Essex are looking for information and witnesses, following a collision in Basildon between a pedestrian and a car.
A man in his 30s was in collision with a vehicle in Pendle Drive shortly before 3.40pm on Friday afternoon and sustained a serious arm injury.
A 31-year-old woman from Basildon has been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and is currently in custody.
