Man charged with Sexual assault in Hamilton

It happened in Palace Grounds Road at the end of August

A 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the sexual assault of a woman in Hamilton.

The incident happened round 5.35pm on Monday, 28th August, 2023, in Palace Grounds Road.

The man was released on an undertaking to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court at a later date.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
