Police appeal for witnesses to find missing Berkeley woman
Caroline Newman's car found abandoned on the M4 Prince of Wales bridge
Police are appealing for help to locate a woman from Berkeley whose car was found abandoned on the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge.
Gwent police found 47 year old Caroline Newman's silver Mitsubishi Shogun (registration number NU15 EPE) in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Caroline had arranged to stay in a hotel in Newport but did not arrive. No-one has heard from here since Sunday evening.
She is described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, medium build with dark brown hair.
Officers are asking for anyone who was travelling on the M4 motorway over the Severn Bridge between 10.20pm on Sunday and 2.40am yesterday to come forward if they have any information.
