UPDATED: Man arrested after two young children in collision with van
St Oswalds Road is closed in both directions.

Two young children are seriously injured after a collision with a van in Gloucester.
Police were called to St Oswalds Road shortly before 3.55pm.
A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The children were taken to hospital for treatment.
Anyone with information is being urged to contact police.
