Two teenagers have been arrested after reports of youths behaving in a threatening manner in Kingsway.
It follows a number of incidents over the last few days.
A 16-year-old from Gloucester has been arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon - another 16-year-old, also from Gloucester, also arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and making threats to kill.
They have both been released under investigation.
