Charities react to Blue Monday

A North East Lincolnshire mental-health charity wants to put a stop to 'Blue Monday'.

North East Lincolnshire Mind says it contributes to damaging misconceptions about depression, and trivialities an illness that can be life-threatening.

Jack Moor says it causes more harm than good.

Meanwhile, North East Lincolnshire mental health service Navigo says 'Blue Monday' does have some benefits .
