Police name man who died in Yorkshire Dales crash

His family have thanked members of the public who stopped to help him.

A motorcyclist who died in a collision in the Yorkshire Dales last month has been named by police.

Stuart Reynolds, who was 52 and from Bingley, lost his life in the crash on the B6255 between Hawes and Ingleton on 15th August.

The black Suzuki motorbike he was riding collided with a silver Range Rover just before midday.

Stuart was one of a group of five riders who were heading towards Ingleton.

His family have thanked the members of the public who stopped to assist at the scene and have issued the following statement:

“We would like to extend our thanks to all the people who stopped and assisted Stuart that day.

“He will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.”
