A girl has been rescued after falling into Gayle Beck in the Yorkshire Dales.
Hawes fire crew were called after the nine-year-old slipped on a footpath and through a hedge, then fell 15 feet down into Gayle Beck.
The girl was left clinging onto the riverbank with her feet in the water.
Firefighters waded in and carried the girl to safety.
In a tweet, North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue say she was left with paramedics, cold but unharmed.
