Flight operator Jet 2, which runs out of Leeds Bradford Airport, have announced they are extending the suspension of flights and holidays.

This is up to and including the 25th of March 2021.

In a statement, they said: "Due to the ongoing uncertainty and travel restrictions cause by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision to extend the suspension.

"Where customers yet to travel are affected by any programme changes, our approach to providing smooth and speedy refunds has been widely praised, and we will be automatically cancelling affected bookings with a full refund.

"For customers due to travel from 26th March onwards, we will provide another update closer to the time.

"We would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding."
