Sheep worrying incident near Harrogate
Police are searching for the owner of two dogs.
Police are searching for the owner of two dogs which were chasing livestock on fields near Harrogate.
They believe the animals were called Mabel and Parker were allowed off the lead to run after three ewes on Thursday.
At this time of year sheep are often heavily pregnant and being chased by a dog can result in significant injury or death.
Anyone with information is being urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101.
