Police say they're investigating an attempted murder after two men were left injured during a violent disturbance in Edenbridge.

Officers were called to the incident, which took place in the Pine Grove and Crouch House Road area, just after 12am on Thursday 2 May 2024.

It is reported that three men arrived at the scene in a black BMW and assaulted two men who appeared to be known to them. The suspects then left the scene in the same vehicle, which has since been seized locally by officers.

One man in his 20s suffered injuries consistent with stab wounds. He was taken to a London hospital where he remains. His condition is described as serious, but stable. A second man, also in his 20s, was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.

No arrests have been made but an attempted murder investigation has been launched by detectives who are keen to speak to anyone with information about the incident.

Anyone with information, private CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage, who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, is urged to call 999, quoting reference 46/70894/24.
