A North East Lincolnshire mental health charity is urging people to be realistic when setting themselves New Year's resolutions.

Mind is encouraging anyone struggling with their mental health to reach out.

We're also being reminded to be mindful of what we see on social media and not to compare ourselves to others.

The charity says many are badly affected when they see people showing off online, especially during the festive period.

Jack Moore says, "The desire to show off on social media can really have a negative impact on another persons mental health".

He says, "The New Year will bring a lot of pressures for people".
