Lincoln's Sophie Wells has won silver at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020. She won the medal in the Dressage Individual Test Grade V competition.

Two-time gold medallist Wells scored 74.405 on Don Cara M, finishing behind Belgium's Michele George.

This follows previous huge success for Sophie. She has bagged gold and silver medals in the London and Rio games.

Her usual horse C Fatal Attraction was injured a few months ago. That meant Sophie was riding the relatively inexperienced horse Don Cara.

She told us "that pressure would have been a lot more" if she'd been riding C Fatal Attraction.

Speaking ahead of the competition she said "there'll still be the nerves and definitely excitement".
