Man charged with kidnap after girl went missing in Knightsbridge

A man has been charged with a number of offences following a Met investigation in Knightsbridge.

Robert Prussak, 56, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the following offences:

Kidnap

Sexual assault on a female under 13 years old

Sexual assault on a female under 13 years old

Administer a substance with intention of stupefying or overpowering to enable sexual activity

Commit an offence with the intent to commit a sexual offence

The charges relate to an incident involving a nine-year-old girl who was reported missing at Brompton Road, SW1 on Monday, 22 April.

Prussak was remanded in custody and appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, 24 April). He was further remanded to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on 22 May.
