Norfolk fitness coach appeals for help to find lost ring in Cromer
She said she lost the wedding ring while in Cromer at the weekend.

A fitness coach from Norfolk has shared a picture of her wedding ring on Twitter after finding it missing following a trip to Cromer with friends on Sunday.
Carly Rowena posted to say she was "heartbroken" to have lost the opal ring.
She added that she knows its not lost in the sand as they didn't go on the beach.
Carly says she's hoping for a "little social media miracle".
