Body found in Gorleston

The body of a woman has been discovered in Gorleston.

Officers attended Woodfarm Lane shortly before 11.30am this morning (26 April), where they found a woman inside a car. Emergency services attended but she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

While formal identification is yet to take place, the family of 80-year-old Anna Tindale who was reported missing from her home yesterday, have been informed.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner in due course.
