London drug dealer found guilty of Norwich stabbing

A drug dealer from London has been found guilty of stabbing a man in Norwich earlier this year.

Officers were called at around 8.25pm on 13th May to Bolingbroke Road following reports a man had been stabbed in his stomach.

23-year-old Raehein Phillips, of Finsbury Park Avenue, was found guilty of grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a knife at Norwich Crown Court today, 16th December.

The court heard there was a disturbance involving the victim and Phillips outside a property in Marshall Road, where he had been dealing drugs.

Phillips later past the victim on Bolingbroke Road, while he was a passenger of a car, and asked the driver to stop.

It was then an argument took place and the victim was stabbed a number of times in the stomach.

Phillips was arrested in Poringland on 22nd May and charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a knife, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin earlier this year.

He will be sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on a later date.
