Man arrested after sitting on building in King's Lynn for five hours

A man in his 30's has been arrested, after climbing onto, and sitting on top of a building in King's Lynn.
Police were called to reports of a concern for safety in King's Lynn yesterday (21/04/2024)
Police, fire, ambulance and a police negotiator were on the scene at 9.50pm on Lynn Road.
The incident was resolved by around 3.25am this morning (22/04/2024)
The man was taken into custody, after being arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, and was taken to King's Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning, where he remains.
