Norwich City are encouraging their fans to make their matchday experience as sustainable as possible this weekend and beyond.

The Canaries are taking part in 'Green Football Weekend', which aims to harness the power of fans to tackle climate change.

"Together we can have a big impact"

Sarah Greaves is the Women in football ambassador at the Canaries Trust- who are the 6th biggest shareholder in club

"Today, you'll probably see more recycling points for bottles, plastics and carboard. They are also trialling different things in different places to see how easy it is to manage during the games and to see how fans engage with this.

"Norwich want to roll this out on a regular basis and on a wider basis around the ground.

"I now never buy a coffee unless I have a re-useable cup with me. To start with it was really irritating, but now I'm just in the habit of it and therefore I don't buy one.

"Many will think, these tiny little changes are these making any difference? Well, not me by myself but if there are lots of people like me making all these tiny changes together we can have a big impact in terms of how much we are using, to make the planet more sustainable."

How can fans take part in all this?

Norwich City have teamed up with the city's bike, e-bike and e-scooter share scheme provider Beryl
