Teenager handed mop and told to clean up after spraying paint and silly string in King's Lynn

A teenager has been handed a broom and a mop and told to clean up, after spraying silly string and paint in King's Lynn.
The youngster was caught vandalising shops and bins around the Vancouver Quarter last Friday.
He was chased down by officers and admitted to what he had done, before being told to clean up the mess.
He's also been banned for coming into King's Lynn Town centre for a month, unless he's accompanied by an adult.
