Two teenagers charged with attempted murder following Thetford stabbing

Two teenagers have been charged with attempted murder, after a stabbing in Thetford.

It happened on Sunday March 10 on Bury Road.

The victim, a man in his 30s, suffered multiple stab wounds and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, for treatment.

He's since been discharged and is recovering from his injuries.

Two men who left the scene were arrested in Kent on Tuesday 23 April and brought back to Norfolk for questioning.

Police tell us they've now charged 18 year old Elvis Price, of Amulet Close, Thetford, and a 17 year old boy with attempted murder.

Price also faces a second charge of possession of a bladed article.

They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before Norwich Magistrates Court today (Thursday 25th April).
