Woman dies in the water off Winterton
The death of the woman in her 60s is currently being treated as unexplained
A woman has been pronounced dead after being pulled from the water at Winterton yesterday (July 24).
Emergency services were called shortly after 3:30pm after reports of a woman getting into trouble in the water.
Norfolk Police joined with local lifeboat crews in trying to locate her.
Shortly after 5:35pm the body of a woman in her 60s was recovered from the water.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
