Melton woman the last member of public to pay respects to The Queen
She even went through twice...
A woman from Melton Mowbray was the last member of public to see the late Queen lying-in-state on Monday morning.
The queue closed shortly after 22:40pm on Sunday 18th September, but those given a wristband were told they would be admitted.
Chrissy Heerey, from Melton, was one of those final few people who were able to pay their respects before leaving at around 6:30am on Monday morning.
The Queen's coffin was then taken to Westminster Abbey a few hours later to begin the state funeral.
Chrissy, who serves in the Royal Air force, says she was honoured to have gone through twice:
'I just felt very proud that I was there, and just very honoured to have been given the privilege to go through again and obviously be the last person.'
