Oakham's minor injuries unit is closed for the day, bosses have announced.
In a post on social media, they have apologised for any inconvenience, but not explained why the decision has been made.
Patients are asked to contact 111 by phone if they need to see a clinician today.
Minor injuries units are open at Stamford Hospital and Corby urgent Care Centre.
