Police appeal after men appear to try and steal catalytic converter from car in Ludgershall
The men sped off after being confronted by homeowners
Wiltshire Police is appealing for any witnesses, after three men were thought to be seen trying to steal a car's catalytic converter.
Residents at a property in Astor Crescent, Ludgershall, were woken up by a loud noise at 11.30pm on Saturday 14th August.
They reported seeing three masked men interfering with their Mazda MX5.
Posting on social media, police added: 'When disturbed, the suspects made off at speed in a white BMW 1 series car.
