Amesbury Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an incident of shoplifting.

The incident happened on Thursday 1 April at the B&M Stores on London Road, Amesbury.

Between 7.00pm and 7.30pm it's reported that a man went into the shop, picked up items of shopping and then left without making any attempt to pay for them.

CAR PARK CONFRONTATION

The man was confronted by a member of staff in the car park outside B&M. But the staff memeber was assaulted by the man before making off.
