Drugs seized in Fordingbridge raid

Hampshire Police officers have carried out a warrant.

A property on Waverley Road in Fordingbridge was searched by officers at around 6.30am yesterday morning (Friday 20th November).

Hampshire Police tell us a quantity of Class A and Class B drugs were seized along with other items associated with drug-related activity.

A 24 year old man from Fordingbridge is assisting police with their enquiries.

Police executed a warrant at a property on Waverley Road in Fordingbridge on Friday morning

The warrant was carried out following a tip-off from the public.

Police in Hampshire say 'information they receive from the community is vital and informs where to put resources and take action against any illegal activity'.

They're asking anyone who might suspect drug activity in their neighbourhood, or any associated crime, to contact them on 101.
