Police searches in Churchill Gardens as part of missing person enquiries

Police and search and rescue teams are in Salisbury's Churchill Gardens this afternoon (Wednesday 27th March).

It's been confirmed it's as part of 'wide-ranging efforts' to locate a missing woman, who was last seen in Salisbury nearly a week ago.

69 year old Lynne Morall was last spotted on CCTV getting off a bus in Exeter Street at around 1.00pm last Thursday afternoon (21st March).

CCTV images of Lynne have been released by Wiltshire Police as part of the search

She'd travelled into Salisbury from the Downton area.

Lynne's described as:

5 feet 6 inches tall

Thin build

Light brown shoulder length hair

Wearing a navy coat

Dark trousers

Black ankle boots

Carrying a distinctive light blue bag

Wiltshire Police have previously told us that her family are 'extremely concerned' for her welfare.

Anyone who might have information about Lynne's whereabouts is asked to call 999, quoting log number 306 from March 22nd.
