Brand new Salisbury Discovery Nature Trail

Family friendly route explores the city's beautiful green spaces

You're being invited to take part in a brand new experience called the 'Salisbury Discovery Nature Trail'.

It's been devised and created by Salisbury City Council's Communities Team.

The route explores the beautiful green spaces the city has and discovers the various species of wildlife that also call Salisbury 'home'.

HOW IT WORKS

* The trail is made up of 15 posts

* Each post has a special zinc metal plaque

* You use the plaques to create a picture rubbing

You can take rubbings from all the special zinc metal plaques on posts along the trail

All the plaques and posts are in the city's parks and open spaces - some of which you may not have visited before.

Trail booklets are being available to download from the Salisbury City Council website here.

Or you can pick one up from the Information Centre in Fish Row.

Take photos as you explore the trail, and upload all your pictures to the Discovery Nature Trail's Facebook page.
