A survey's being held across Wiltshire, to help improve services for people who've experienced domestic abuse.

The Council wants to hear from victims and survivors, with the feedback used to help shape the way support is given in the future.

Views can be given anonymously, by anyone over the age of 16, until 31st May.

Cllr Ian Blair-Pilling, Cabinet Member for Public Health, said:

“We understand that domestic abuse is a sensitive and difficult topic for many, and we really appreciate those who are willing to share their experience to inform future services.

“As part of our business plan, safeguarding our residents from harm is a high priority of ours and we work to ensure that there is plenty of support and advice available.”

The survey can be accessed online |newtab), with Wiltshire Libraries also holding paper copies to fill in, and offering space at their computers to get involved too.

Domestic abuse support can also be found in Wiltshire by calling FearFree on 01225 775276 or emailing spa@fearfree.org.uk - outside of office hours and weekends, people can call 01225 712880.
