Woman arrested in Salisbury after Euro 2020 England win

Salisbury Police have arrested a 21-year-old woman on two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm after England's Euro 2020 semi-final win against Denmark.

She is currently in Police custody.

It follows an incident that took place at 1bout 10:30pm last night, where the force responded to reports that a woman was acting aggressively towards members of the public.

A Spokesperson from Wiltshire Police told Greatest Hits Radio Salisbury:

"We are asking for anyone who was assaulted by a woman in Market Place, Salisbury yesterday 7th July to contact us.

"If you were assaulted please contact us on 101 quoting log 54210065706"
