Multi-agency rescue saves trapped young woman as tide came in
Emergency services responded quickly yesterday to help free a young woman who was stuck in mud while the tide was coming in.

Coastguards from Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare and the BARB hovercraft were all called to Brean beach.
A BARB spokesperson afterwards said: "Our hovercraft was launched from Burnham beach and was quickly on scene to assist Burnham and Weston Coastguards at the scene.
"The casualty was successfully rescued from the sea water by Coastguards and taken up the beach to her relieved family.
"This was a great multi-agency incident with a very positive outcome."
