Emergency services called after teens 'seen jumping over rooftops' in Chichester

Police and fire crews were called to Chichester city centre on Sunday (November 29th) following reports of young people 'climbing and jumping' on roofs.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue confirmed that two engines were sent to East Street to back up police officers at around 5pm.

The Technical Rescue Unit was also sent out.

Fire crews used ladders to search for young people seen climbing over rooftops

In a tweet, Chichester Police said that three young people had been spoken to and taken home following the incident.

A drone was used to search for any others involved in the incident, with none being found.
