Man dies after fall from apartment balcony in Southampton

A man has died after falling from a balcony at a waterfront block of flats in Southampton.
Police were called to Centenary Quay in Woolston on Friday evening.
Officers are investigating the circumstances that led to the fall.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.47pm on Friday to reports of a man having suffered a fall from height from a flat balcony at Centenary Plaza.
"Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"His family has been informed.
"Officers are conducting enquiries to establish the circumstances that led to this incident."
