Man seriously hurt in e-scooter crash in Portsmouth

A man has suffered serious injuries after his e-scooter crashed into a number of parked cars in Portsmouth.

It happened on Victoria Road North in Southsea yesterday evening (25 September).

Police say there were called at around 5.35pm.

The rider of the e-scooter, a man in his 50s, was taken to Southampton General Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Officers have now launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses.
