                                                                                                                                                                                              An SOS from a vandalism-hit special school in Swansea has been answered.

The children's gardening and polytunnel at Pen y Bryn School were found wrecked just before term started.

But a local supermarket has donated plants and compost to help staff and pupils rebuild.

Adam Bendle is Community Champion for Morrisons in Swansea. He explained why the store stepped in:

"Resources I guess are important to the children's learning. But more importantly it sends a message to those that commit these acts of vandalism that community spirit will always shine through"
