Four men charged following death of man 13 years after he was assaulted

Four men have been charged following the death of a man who passed away 13 years after being assaulted in Hednesford.

Craig Robins, aged 27, was stabbed and assaulted in his car on Lomax Road on 30 October 2006. He sadly died in 2019.

Gavin Brown, 36, of HMP Lancaster Farm, has been charged with murder.

James Milligan, 41, of Rowley Close, Hednesford, Bernie Peter Smith, 30, also of Rowley Close, Hednesford, and Kyle Neil Smith, 32, of Heath Green, Cannock, have been charged with manslaughter.

All four men will appear before magistrates at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre tomorrow (Friday 5 February).
