Family pay tribute to 26-year-old man who died in Middlewich collision

The family of a 26-year-old man who died in a collision in Middlewich have paid tribute to him.

Kieran Bailey, who was from Crewe but living in Middlewich, was the driver of a black BMW which was involved in a collision with a white Nissan van.

The incident occurred on King Street at around 6.08am on Sunday 24 January.

Sadly, Kieran passed away at the scene.

His family are being supported by specialist officers and have issued the following tribute to him:

“Kieran was a popular young man and touched the lives of so many.

“He will be sadly missed by his partner Jack, mum Melanie, dad Tim his brother Colby, their families and his many friends, and work colleagues.”

Officers want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have captured relevant dashcam footage.
