15 sheep have been stolen from a field in East Suffolk.

The black faced Suffolk cross breeding ewes were taken from Gedgrave at some point between 11am on Friday (August 19) and 10am on Monday (August 22).

Parts of the herd were left behind, with one of the animals suffering a broken leg.

Police believe a trailer or vehicle would have been used to transport the animals away.

They're appealing for witnesses to get in touch.
