Drew Fautley - Director of Rugby at Ipswich Rugby Club

Drew Fautley, pictured shared his thoughts with us on the England team. He said the Head Coach for England is a "slow burner" and focuses on "developing infrastructure... which can only be a good thing."

He believes England has a " very impressive back row" but is cautious about England's midfield and "whether they're aggressive enough."

Score predictions

Ahead of the matches, Drew has predicted France will win against Scotland "by a margin of 2 points and England will win against Wales by "a couple of points as well.

How it helps and inspires others

Drew then began to tell us that many people involved in Grass roots rugby will look up to those involved.

"They want to be Lewis Ludlum, who started his rugby at Ipswich Rugby Club. They want to be Tom Emery, who started his rugby at Ipswich Rugby Club and went on to play in the GB Sevens."

It's all about the "pathway" that Grassroots can provide.

Another key benefit Drew spoke about was the "community" and "support" that surrounds the game and that "no matter what level you coach, there is always a positive space...

"It's all about the teamwork, the discipline, the sportsmanship, the trust around each other."

And it's not just the players, Drew talked about the friends, family and volunteers that get involved too and it is the combination of all of these that help to create a "safe space" where they are able to look out for each other.

"If someone's having a bad day and you pick up on it, you support them."

Drew and his club are also working with the charity LooseHeadz, which aims to place a mental health lead at every rugby club around the world.

100% of their profits from every purchase are used to help support the mental wellbeing of rugby players, coaches and fans.
