Fourth person arrested as part of attempted murder investigation in Yateley

A fourth arrest has been as part of an attempted murder investigation in Yateley.

Police were called just after 3.30pm last Tuesday (16 March) to reports of a firearm being discharged at a black Mercedes on Reading Road at the junction with Darby Green Road.

Shortly afterwards, at around 3.40pm a firearm was heard to be discharged in the area of Croft Lane.

A 19-year-old woman from Aldershot has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Earlier this week a 17 year old boy from Berkshire, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and he has been released on police bail.

A 23-year-old man from Yateley who was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder has also been released on police bail.

21 year old Macari Fullard, of Prospect Road, Ash Vale has been charged with one count of attempted murder.
