Guildford Lido and Gym staying closed for the winter
The decision hasn't been taken lightly by Freedom Leisure and the Borough Council
It's been announced that the Guildford Lido and Gym will stay closed this winter.
Freedom Leisure, who operate the leisure facilities in Guildford in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, have not made the decision lightly.
The facilities will stay closed this winter 2020/21 and the decision on when the facilities will re-open will be taken in line with Covid restrictions at the time.
However, we remain optimistic that we will be welcoming customers back for the summer season 2021.
The decision, taken jointly with Guildford Borough Council, has been made with regret and they completely understand how disappointing this news will be.
