Two arrests after attack outside Aldershot pub

Police are looking for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Aldershot.

The 21 year old was punched and then kicked on the ground outside the Victoria Pub on Victoria Road at 12:33am on Sunday (3 October).

The victim was taken to St George’s Hospital in London.

His injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.

A 35-year-old man from Aldershot was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent and criminal damage.

A 33-year-old man from Farnham was arrested on suspicion of racially or religiously aggravated grievous bodily harm.

Both have been released on bail.

Officers are also asking for dash-cam footage or CCTV images which could help them.
