A man from Farnborough has been charged in connection with an incident of stabbing that took place in Bracknell.

A man has been charged in connection with an incident of stabbing that took place in Bracknell.

Harry Goodwin, aged 27, of Birchett Road in Farnborough, Hampshire was charged on Saturday evening (22nd August) with GBH and possession of an offensive weapon.

The charge is in connection with an incident at around 1.35am on Saturday (21st August), when a man aged in his fifties sustained a stab wound just outside The Market Inn on Station Road in Bracknell.

The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition, with injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.

Goodwin has been remanded into custody to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Monday (23rd August).
