A woman in her 70s has died following a collision in Chertsey last month.

Officers were called to Hardwick Lane in Lyne at about 18:30 on the 17th of January, following reports of a serious crash involving a grey Kia and a red Mini Cooper.

The other driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries and has since been discharged.

Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them and say they'd particularly like to hear from anyone with dash cam footage of the incident.

If you can help – you are being asked to make contact on the 101 number or by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
