Three arrested on suspicion of assault after man injured in Guildford
Police were called to reports of a fight in progress in the town.
A man has had hospital treatment following a reported fight in Guildford.
The 57-year-old suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the incident in Josephs Road just before midnight on Saturday (5 September).
Police were called to “reports of a fight in process” between a group of men.
Three men, aged 33, 31 and 29 years, were located nearby and were arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm.
They have all been interviewed and released under investigation.
Officers said that their enquiries remain ongoing and have urged anyone who witnessed the incident to call 101.
