Chichester Police are hunting for two stolen electric bikes after a burglary in the town.

The Scott and Specialized E-MTB's are said to be worth around £6,000.

Officers received a report of a break-in at a property that took place at some point between 4.30pm on Friday, June 3 and midday last Sunday (June 5 2022).

The two distinctive electric bikes were stolen, but the chargers were left behind.

Detective Nathan Taylor said:

“These bikes are of great sentimental value to the victims, which goes beyond their significant intrinsic value."

“We would like to speak to anybody who has any information about these thefts or spots the bikes for sale."
