Five charged after drugs raids in Bognor and London

Officers found class A substances and cash

Three people from Bognor have been charged with drug offences following simultaneous warrants.

Officers from Sussex Police, assisted by officers from the Metropolitan Police, conducted two simultaneous drug warrants on August 28th, including one at at a property in Berrymill Close, Bognor

The second took place in Pitman Gardens, Ilford in London.

A total of five people were arrested and a large quantity of class A drugs and cash were seized from both locations.

The five arrested were later charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and concerned in the supply of heroin. The five are:

Liban Abdulle, 29, of Pittman Gardens, Ilford.

Igors Gogu, 36, of Ellasdale Road, Bognor.

Abubakar Sahal, 29, of Leytonstone Road, Stratford.

Adam Braggs, 32, of Berrymill Close, Bognor.

Holly Gittings, 22, of Berrymill Close, Bognor.

All five, apart from Braggs, were remanded in custody and they will all next appear at court on 28 September.
