Police are asking people in Sussex to help in the search for a missing Surrey man who was last seen in Horsham.

Kevin Prince, who is 62 and from Camberley, hasn't been seen since last Saturday (November 14th), with his family, friends and police growing concerned for his welfare.

The last known sighting of Kevin was at around 11.55am that day, where he was seen at Horsham bus station after travelling there from Frimley.

Surrey Police said Kevin was seen asking passengers and staff there about getting an onward bus to Brighton.

The force has released CCTV footage from earlier in the day, showing Kevin in the One Stop shop in Ansell Road in Frimley at around 8.20am.

Kevin is described as white, 6ft tall, with shoulder-length brown hair which is greying, a brown moustache, and wearing a red waterproof coat with blue shoulders and sleeves, dark jogging bottoms and dark trainers, as pictured in the CCTV image.

Detective Inspector Mark Butterworth of Surrey Police said:

"It is believed that when Kevin got to Horsham, he enquired about getting the number 17 bus to travel to Brighton so we are particularly appealing to people in the Horsham and Brighton area to help us find him.

“We are carrying out many enquiries and want to gather CCTV from those areas however due to the lockdown and the shops being closed, this has been made slightly more difficult.

“If you are a shop owner in the Horsham or Brighton area and may have any CCTV footage which could help us, please can you check your CCTV for Kevin and make contact with us whether he is seen or not.

“We would also like to hear from members of the public who were in these areas and may remember seeing Kevin. His bright jacket is distinctive so if you have any information or dashcam footage, particularly from 11:55am in Horsham and 1pm in Brighton on that Saturday, please get in touch.”

Anyone who has seen Kevin or has any information on his whereabouts is asked to get in touch with Surrey Police on 101, quoting the reference PR/45200121717.
